Το χρυσό μετάλλιο στο άλμα εις μήκος και τον τίτλο του πρωταθλητή Ευρώπης κάτω των 23 ετών κατέκτησε ο Μίλτος Τεντόγλου, κατά τη δεύτερη ημέρα του Ευρωπαϊκού Πρωταθλήματος που διεξάγεται στη Σουηδία.
Ο Έλληνας πρωταθλητής έκανε άλμα στα 8,32 μέτρα που αποτελεί την 4η κορυφαία επίδοση φέτος στον κόσμο, ακόμα και σε επίπεδο ανδρών. Παράλληλα, αποτελεί και τη δική του καλύτερη επίδοση στην κατηγορία του που ήταν 8,19 μ.
